Loyce has been in the Real Estate industry for over 20 years. She graduated from the Cumbie Real Estate Institute, the Realtors Institute, and completed the Commercial Certificate Program III of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors. She has served in numerous positions of the Rutherford County Board of Realtors and the Multiple Listing System, serving as President of both. She served on the land acquisition board for the Rutherford County Chapter of Habitat for Humanity, Rutherford County Housing Initiative, and the Foothills Consumer Credit Council. Loyce was presented with the Presidents Award in 1999 and 2015, Realtor of the Year Award in 2001 & 2012. Being a native of Rutherford County and with a background in the lumber manufacturing industry, has proven to be a tremendous asset in her pursuit of assisting buyers and sellers to accomplish their real estate goals.
Terry Whitaker, Broker – Terry is a broker with Properties Unlimited – Commercial Division working with residential, commercial, large tracts and farm land throughout the counties of Rutherford, Cleveland and surrounding areas. He is a graduate of Cumbie & Trull School of Real Estate, a member of the National Association of Realtors, WNC MLS and Rutherford County MLS.
Terry grew up on a farm in Cleveland County, and was raised to always help others by putting them first. He began volunteer work at the age of 15 with the local fire department and from there, progressed into law enforcement. As a dedicated family man with a loving wife and five children, Terry enjoys family outings, cookouts, volunteering and the great outdoors. Terry is hardworking, honest, and trustworthy and takes the opportunity to work with our clients very seriously. His dedication and commitment are unmatched.
Sandy Campbell, Broker – Sandy joined our team first as an office manager, and now as a licensed broker. After graduating from Cumbie & Trull School of Real Estate in 2018, she joined the Hendersonville Board of Realtors of Polk and Henderson counties, the Rutherford County Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
Originally from a rural equestrian community in southern Florida, Sandy’s love for horses led her to volunteer with therapeutic riding organizations that improve the lives of those with disabilities. She plans to continue to volunteer with Habitat for Humanity and other housing initiative groups in the area. During her time away from the office, Sandy enjoys spending time with family, spoiling her dogs, Axel and Diesel, and enjoying the outdoors in our beautiful foothills.
Sandy is eager to meet the needs of our clients, specializing in residential real estate and assisting with leasing of office, industrial and commercial space and land in Rutherford, Polk and Henderson counties.
